Projekt pn. "Rewitalizacja zespołu pałacowo-parkowego w Rokosowie" realizowany w latach 2021-2023
Wielkopolski Castle in Rokosowo is located in the southwest of Greater Poland (85 km from Poznań and 96 km from Wrocław). The castle is an ideal venue for hosting conferences, training and workshops, wedding receptions, and other celebrations. The complex of buildings, including The Castle, Powozownia (The Coach House), and Bażanciarnia (The Lodge) provides accommodation for up to 60 guests. As part of the Greater Poland Voivodeship self-government, we also engage in cultural and social activities.
This elegantly adorned, neo-Gothic castle with almost 200 years of history is nestled in an equally impressive 10-hectare park. The immense effort invested recently in restoring the castle further enhances its charm, giving guests greater comfort and convenience.
CONFERENCES AND TRAINING FACILITIES
Wielkopolski Castle in Rokosowo offers a modern training space enriched with historical value. Its uniqueness makes it an exceptional venue on the conference facilities map in Greater Poland. We can successfully organize and host a range of events from large conferences to more private business meetings. We offer five comfortable, fully-equipped conference spaces, the biggest of which can accommodate up to 120 delegates. Within the complex, we can hold corporate events, including lavish banquets inside the castle, as well as outdoor gatherings in the park.
WEDDING RECEPTIONS AND OTHER FAMILY GATHERINGS
The captivating architecture, amazing interior arrangements and expansive park make Wielkopolski Castle an excellent venue to host wedding ceremonies and receptions as well as other family gatherings.
ACCOMMODATION
We have accommodation to host up to 60 guests. The recently renovated rooms are located in the Castle (40 guests), the Lodge (6 guests) and the Coach House (14 guests). We offer single, double and triple rooms as well as three beautifully arranged apartments with magnificent views of the surrounding park.
The beginnings of the Rokosowo residence date back to 1844 – 1858. The initiator of the construction was Karolina Mycielska (neé Countess Wodzicka), and her husband Count Józef Mycielski was the first owner. The design of the splendid building was crafted by the renowned architect Friedrich Stüller. Following the Mycielski family, the castle in Rokosowo was owned by the Czaroryski family for several generations until the outbreak of World War II.
